Algonquin Arts to Host Auditions for RENT in Collaboration with NJYT and NJPAC

Manasquan, NJ - Algonquin Arts will continue its tradition of offering a musical production this summer that will feature local and regional talent. This year�s selection is Rent directed and produced by New Jersey Youth Theatre in collaboration with NJPAC and Algonquin Arts, the presenters of the production. Auditions for Rent will be held on Saturday, April 3rd at 1 pm on the Algonquin stage or Saturday, April 10th at 1 pm in the Victoria Lobby at NJPAC, 1 Center Street in Newark.

Anyone attending the audition must be between the ages of 16-23 and must prepare a song from the show. A pianist will be provided at the workshop auditions. These are open auditions, where each individual will be seen on a first come, first serve basis.
