Celebrate the Holidays with Family and Friends at Algonquin Arts Theatre

Manasquan, NJ - Algonquin Arts invites families and friends to visit the theatre this holiday season to take the opportunity to really enjoy this magical time of the year. The performing arts center is offering a variety of holiday programming sure to appeal to people of all ages.

The Nutcracker performed by the Moscow Classical Ballet and co-presented by Robert Friedman is back by popular demand scheduled on Friday, November 27th at 7 pm and Saturday, November 28th at 2 pm and 6 pm. The 2 pm performance is a benefit for the VNA of Central Jersey Thrift Shop Expansion Campaign. Tickets to see the Friday 7 pm or Saturday 6 pm show are $39 for adults, $37 for seniors and $20 for students and children. Christmas Joy Performed by Allegro Chorus is a concert that will celebrate the joy of the holiday season. Allegro, Algonquin Arts� resident chorus, will perform seasonal music of yesteryear and today on Sunday, December 13 at 3 pm. Tickets are $28 for adults, $26 for seniors, and $20 for students and children.

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year featuring lyric baritone James Alexander on Wednesday, December 16 at 10 am is part of Algonquin Arts� Morning Music Series. Mr. Alexander will delight the audience in this concert featuring holiday favorites such as Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and more. All seats to this concert are $7. This performance will be followed by a talk back with the artist.

A Christmas Carol, The Musical is a perfect holiday classic for children and their families and will take the stage with two performances to choose from on Sunday, December 20 at 2 pm and 4 pm. This performance is part of the Algonquin Arts Family Series, dedicated to Marialana. Tickets are $15 for adults/seniors/students and $12 for children.

New Year�s Eve: Yesterday � A Tribute to the Beatles is the perfect performance to celebrate New Year�s Eve scheduled on Thursday, December 31 at 8 pm. Las Vegas-based Yesterday is a world famous tribute to The Beatles, featuring authentic vocals, costuming and stage mannerisms in the style of John, Paul, George, and Ringo. Golden Circle Seating in the first six rows is $55 for adults and $53 for seniors. Regular seating is $50 for adults and $48 for seniors.
